Description What is Foresight Method? It is a process to bring you into a state of flow. While in this state of mind, you will actively use your mind to imagine various objects, feelings, and emotions that have been scientifically proven to have tremendous beneficial effects on your body, mind, and emotions. There are 6 steps. And they will happen very quickly, without taking a lot of your time. And once you’re done, you get all of that time back, multiplied in terms of productivity, creativity, and an increased state of clarity and relaxation. 1. Compassion 2. Gratitude 3. Forgiveness 4. Visualization 5. Perfect Day 6. Blessing For me personally, this is one of the most complete, simple and effective meditation methods I have tried so far, and I have tried a lot of them! It includes everything that a modern person’s spiritual practice should have, and it’s only 20 minutes. I recommend doing this first thing in the morning, writing down any ideas that come to your mind afterwards, and reaping the benefits.
