Hello, my friend.,

I would like to speak candidly, without any
hyperlattice.

Just you and me – for a moment – before you go inside and check out what I’ve created for you.

If you’re new and don’t know who I am, let me introduce myself as one of the world’s leading researchers (and Guinea pigs) on the nature of the stream.

By “flow” I don’t mean the kind of ethereal, nebulous energy that people discuss in healing disciplines. I’m not disrespecting them or you, if you’re from them; I’m just saying that I’m not going to share anything with you about any invisible forces. By flow, I mean the concrete, quantifiable science of pain-free, easy quality of movement.

My job is to serve those who serve us and protect those who protect us. It is a great honor for me to do this work. And in doing this work, I have had the privilege of learning from great masters around the world.
I have spent the last 30 years researching different forms of movement, the last 20 years studying them exhaustively, and the last 10 years perfecting my coaching skills to share a library of movements that I have learned from all over the world.

I had to check it out for yourself. I put it to the most difficult tests, putting myself in one combat sport after another – at the international championship level-to eliminate all the problems and plug all the gaps. And the data I received from
my personal statement, as well as the constant feedback I get from the agencies I consult, led me to develop my coaching before publishing tactical gymnastics.

TACGYM may include elements of the Russian system, Chinese Bagua, Indonesian Silat, French parkour, Persian zurhane, Brazilian Gymnastica Natural, and Indian Vyayama. However, after all these years of synthesis, I can’t remember where I first learned any one movement that had a major impact or even how to differentiate movements more. And in many cases I had to graft components
together, we will create new movements to meet the combat needs of my students.

It is easier for me to call it “our gymnastics”, but since this is too ambiguous a name, I adopted tactical gymnastics in honor of the combat legacy of my coaches. For me, there is only gradual progression, biomechanical efficiency, and specific preparedness: baby steps, flow, and goal. These three concentrations combined all the broad shoulders on which I stand.”

TACGYM, I can say without reservation, is the pinnacle of my career in consolidating the principles and concepts of flow science into concrete, easy to follow, simple to progress building blocks of movement. I can’t promise you that in a month you’ll be a snake eater or a Musashi. I can’t guarantee that you can levitate, throw fireballs, or teleport.

No hype. No noise. No BS:

• You will increase your ability to Express power while reducing the amount of effort required to do so.

• You will recover much faster after sudden changes in traffic, accidents, collisions, destabilization, and forced movements.

• You will be smoother in everything you do, all your exercises, rest, and even work-related activities will be performed with greater flexibility and grace.

• You will feel much more energy throughout your body and throughout the day, and this will have a dramatic effect on your mood, attitude, and perspective.

* You will reduce and eliminate the acute and chronic pain that may be plaguing you, leading to an improved quality of life.

• You will prevent injuries and reduce those severe injuries that may occur as your connective tissue strength, joints, and reaction time improve.

• You will be able to overcome obstacles and difficulties with ease and imagination, as your body learns to adapt to new physical skills at an accelerated pace.

• You will become acutely sensitive to movement, position, and strength / tension as your body awareness improves.

* Of course, it will improve your strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, stamina, endurance, and so on… Without doubt. But many things will do it. Very few disciplines also offer the above.

If you are one of the few people who sees a martial artist, gymnast, boxer, or wrestler and thinks, “I would love to move with such silent power,” then TACGYM is probably for you. There will, of course, be an unspoken premise: “if I were painless, if I didn’t have injuries interfering with me, if I had the mobility and range of motion to do it…”

This premise is different from TACGYM. Many roads will lead you to graceful power. Only a few paths will get you there unharmed. This is not a method of diving or swimming like many of the units I have trained with. My approach focuses on the 85% of you who, like me, can’t succeed despite the wrong coaching. Because of my childhood disability, I still need to use every useful training technology to keep my teams ahead of the bad guys who are ready to throw 20-something cannon fodder into the meat grinder.

My men and women are priceless, they are the most valuable virtues of our society, so I can’t fail as a coach. I don’t have to do this. That’s why I keep improving, refining, researching, and testing it all first on myself, before sharing only what repeats, consistently, sustainably works for everyone, not just the meager 15% who could have succeeded despite poor coaching.

If you want to burn fat or swell up, of course, you will build muscle and lose body fat by practicing tactical gymnastics, but these are not their main goals; just as a warrior’s physique is just a byproduct, not a goal of combat effectiveness. Appearance is not a destination, but only part of the journey.

However, there are unspeakable qualities, elusive virtues, on which tactical gymnastics – like its father, martial arts-focuses. Power and the ability to Express it are incompatible. You may seem to have a massive, powerful frame. You can look like you can handle any crisis. But without a pliable form, you can’t Express that power. You will remain imprisoned in the muscle prison. I have already mentioned the difference between the” show “and” go” muscles.

This distinction works well. Too often I have worked with very enthusiastic young athletes who, because of their pre-training, were completely unable to transfer energy beyond the short, machine-dictated exercises they were advised to perform. If you want to look like a statue, that’s fine, but make sure you don’t become one.

To be honest, I probably can’t help you if you haven’t somehow developed a fire of desire to move with power, rather than just seem powerful.

Strength means nothing without the ability to navigate unknown and unexpected obstacles and resistance with ease and imagination. And even if you or your mentors have inflamed your warrior spirit with a desire to restore your legacy as the most powerful creature that God has ever bestowed on the world, you may not have the patience to develop at the right pace.

Tactical gymnastics is like ” flow yoga with a purpose.””They help you develop movement efficiency to navigate on, Around, over, or over obstacles.
They have a special purpose. If you are considering a 4-day wave in TACFIT, you can insert your tactical gymnastics into low-or moderate-intensity sessions. It is not possible to perform them without intensity like your mobility days; and it is not recommended to perform them with high intensity because of their complex nature, even if you reduce the difficulty to simple movements.

You should leave your practice of tactical gymnastics smiling, sweaty, and sore: a good, deep sweat that allows you to relax your muscles, lubricate your joints, work out your knots, focus your mind, and let go of your emotions. Most of the approaches to martial arts that I studied were ” sink or swim.”

For example, since my years in Russia often involved their instructors and special operations personnel, training was very similar to culling a herd, where anyone who could survive for many hours of grueling repetition through unfavorable terrain and in extreme conditions passed exams.

“As you know, we’ve come a long way back. In 2001, I enlisted your help in preparing for the 2002 pan American championship in Brazilian JIU-jitsu. I was lucky enough to work closely with coach Sonnon, and he helped me realize the importance of mastering the basics before moving forward. Its programs are designed to heal the athlete by mastering basic movements first. He put a lot of pressure on me, but he kept me honest, not allowing me to move beyond what my form allowed. Once I was free of pain and trained my body to move through a new range, it took me down an accelerated path as I began to adapt quickly and move through progressive steps to mastery. Scott’s “health first” approach, combined with his knowledge of movement and workout design, has taken me to a level I never thought possible.

Tactical gymnastics played a significant role in my training and improved my performance as a firefighter, athlete, and coach. I quickly share this program with everyone I work with and recommend it to everyone, regardless of their profession or sports experience.”
