1. Each CD has a hypnotic relaxation induction, on track One and the specific details of programming in track Two. The only exceptions are: Program #103, in which both steps are virtually the same; and CD #114, as he played every day for seven days, an alternate track, and then played according to your need and desire.
2. Listen to track One of only six consecutive days. This conditions you to respond to the more rapid induction of hypnosis in on track Two. After this six-day conditioning period, your continued use of tracking a Single, Self-Hypnosis Training is optional, for the reason that the internet of the mind, and the hypnotic sleep.
3. When you start using the track Two for programming, do not switch to other programs in different days. Stick with one program for at least seven days. When you use several programs at the same time and space, you can overload and confuse your subconscious mind, as to your specific goals.
4. While listening to your program, if you are aware of the consciousness drifts away and you feel you may have gone to sleep for a short time, do not be anxious.
