Defining the ‘stable body’ the stable body is the practitioner’s ability to maintain optimal alignments and dynamic stability in all movements. The StableBody attribute is closely related to the qualities of alignment, harmony, rooting, connection and proprioception.
Rehabilitation and recoverymisalination and habitual postural defects are one of the diseases of our time. To do this, we must have an innate understanding of the position of our body and the support base. Once we move with trained alignment and stability, our movements naturally become more efficient. We spend less energy to perform a given task and can train harder, longer. StableBody attributes make us feel stronger and harder to move, even though we maintain agility.
