This is an Advanced Meditation. Dr. Joe asks that you please practice the Blessings of the Energy Centers I, II, III, IV, and V meditations first, because each meditation builds upon the previous one.

The purpose of the Blessing of the Energy Centers VI is for you to develop the skill to consciously activate each energy center—at will—in a deeper, more empowered way. Throughout the meditation, Dr. Joe will ask you to call up and feel elevated emotions that correlate to each center. The more you practice and develop this skill, the more you will be able to consciously connect to greater frequencies of oneness and wholeness that exist in the unified field. Towards the end of the meditation, you’ll be practicing the skill of surrender and receivership, which serves to raise your body’s frequency and impregnate it with a greater life force. You’ll then lay down, let your mind and body drift away, and allow your autonomic nervous system to take the orders.
