Lesson 1 :HEALING WITH CRYSTALS Crystal Healing

Now that you know the basics of working with crystals, it’s time to dive into the actual program that will take you from chaos and discord to balance and peace. In this key lesson featuring a special guest, native healer and spiritual teacher Bobby Lake-Thom, you’ll explore the significance—and practice—of cleansing and activating your crystals. Lesson 3 :MOVING INTO AWARENESS Crystal Healing

In this lesson, Heather will take you through two simple, three-step exercises to help you understand what’s cluttering up your mind and causing you to fall off balance. She’ll give you specific crystal actions to take to help clear your head space of senseless, chaotic noise. The first exercise, which includes an experiential meditation with the crystal Selenite, is about shedding light on the things hidden away in the closet of your mind and then calming your mental chatter. In the second, you’ll cut away unhealthy attachments—known as energetic cords—with Black Kyanite.
