Decide to be alert and pay attention to any upsetting feelings, rather than defend yourself against them with substance and technological addictions. Make a conscious decision that you want to take responsibility for your feelings. MOVE TO LEARN Invite a compassionate presence of mind into your heart to help you know what you are doing or thinking, what might be causing your pain, or what might be happening outside that requires your attention. When you have the intention to learn, you are a loving adult. When you are intent on protecting and avoiding, you are operating from your shame-based ego, wounded self, or adult child. In the second stage, you welcome and accept all your feelings with compassion. DIALOGUE WITH YOUR WOUNDED “I” AND THE BASIC “I” Discover the thoughts / false beliefs of your injured self that may be causing your shame, fear and pain; release anger and pain appropriately; Learn about the past that created false beliefs; cherish your wounded self; Explore what might be happening to the person or event that triggers underlying feelings of loneliness, heartache, broken heart, helplessness, or grief. explore your core self and what brings you joy. DIALOGUE WITH YOUR SUPERIOR LEADERSHIP Ask your spirit guide (whatever it is for you): What is the truth about the thoughts / false beliefs you may have discovered in step three? What is the loving behavior towards your inner child in this situation? What is your greatest good? What does it mean to be kind to yourself? Open up and let the answers come through you in words, pictures or feelings. The answers may not come immediately, but if you have a sincere desire to learn, they will. TAKE ACTION TO LOVE Tell yourself the truth and take the loving action that came through your guidance in step four; put God / Spirit into action. Move consciously in gratitude for your guidance, which is always there for you. EVALUATE YOUR ACTION Check to see if your pain, anger, and shame are healed. If not, go back through these steps until you discover the truth and actions that bring you peace, joy, and a deep sense of inner worth. These steps will come to life for you as you learn and practice the inner communication process. WHAT YOU WILL DISCOVER IN THESE 14 WEEKS The course runs on Thursdays at 4:00 pm PT. In this 14-week transformational intensive, Margaret guides you through the fundamental spiritual skills and competencies you will need to connect with wounded parts of yourself and truly love yourself. Each weekly contemplation and training will build harmoniously on previous ones so that you will develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you will need to practice inner communication in your daily life. MODULE 1: INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS OVERVIEW (FEBRUARY 22) In this first module, Dr. Margaret will provide a powerful overview of the terms used in intercom and the six steps in this healing process. After the review session, Dr. Margaret will work one-on-one with the participants. In this module, you will: Understand the earthly path of fear and the spiritual path of love and courage Begin to understand the differences between a wounded ego, a true soul self, a loving adult, and spiritual guidance. Get a basic understanding of how we control and what the consequences are individually and in relationships Work experience 6 stages of internal gluing MODULE 2: WILLING TO BE PRESENT UNDERSTANDING STEP 1 INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (MARCH 1) In this second week, you will discover the healing power of readiness, understand what it means to be close to your feelings, take responsibility for your feelings – and why you can resist it. You will discover two intentions that you can choose from moment to moment, and how subtle it can be often. In this module, you will find: Existential Painful Feelings We’ve All Learned to Avoid The strength of your intention – and what can get in the way of your intention to learn The nuances of intent to control Safety and love are mutually exclusive – and explore that choice MODULE 5: COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR MANAGEMENT AND BECOMING AN ADULT LOVING DEEPER IN STEP 2 INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (MARCH 29) This week you will receive help connecting with your personal source of spiritual guidance and what a loving adult self creates. In this module, you will: Learn How To Connect Deeper With Your Spiritual Guidance Understand how to stay centered in your heart with love as your highest priority. Experience the joy of life as a compassionate and inquisitive loving adult Understand why being cruel and unforgiving in being loving is so vital. MODULE 6: DIALOGUE WITH YOUR SENSES UNDERSTANDING STEP 3 INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (APRIL 12)This week, you will receive deep support through a powerful process of internal dialogue that will allow you to find out what your feelings are telling you and to uncover the false beliefs that are causing most of your pain. You will delve into how you reject and give up yourself, what causes so much pain, and how shame is related to the intention to control. In this module, you will: Deepen your dialogue with your underlying painful and hurt feelings Discover the lies you might be telling yourself Uncover and begin to heal the ways in which you refuse and deny yourself Understand the purpose of shame and how to deal with it MODULE 7: EXPLORING WOUNDED FEELINGS AND BASIC SHAME DEEPER IN STEP 3 INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (APRIL 19) This week we will dive even deeper into dialogue with hurt feelings and painful existential experiences of life. You will learn how to lovingly manage the deeper basic painful feelings of life, so that you no longer have to cover them with various substances and technological addictions. In this module, you will: Learn to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy guilt Get The Information Your Painful Basic Feelings Have For You Begin to become adept at lovingly managing your main existential pain in life Discover the difference between hurt feelings and a hurt heart and what each of them should teach you Module 8: DISCOVER JOY AND ACCESS YOUR LEADERSHIP GO TO STEP 4 INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (MAY 3) Your soul knows what brings you joy, and you will learn how to discover it and the choices you need to make in order to connect with your spiritual guidance at will. In this module, you will: Engage in enlightening dialogues with your inner child about things that bring you joy Discover Two Secrets to Better Access to Your Spiritual Guidance Explore How to Boost Your Frequency and Keep It High Know how your senior management communicates with you MODULE 9: COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR DIVINE LEADERSHIP DEEPER IN STEP 4 INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (MAY 10) There is a lot that is new about how to communicate with your leadership – what questions to ask, learn to discern when that leadership is responding, and what needs to happen to trust your leadership. Thinking back to the times when your leadership was there for you is part of teaching trust. In this module, you will: Get more complete access to your personal guide Understand the most important questions to ask your management Know how to determine if this is your guide. Experience How to Learn to Trust Your Directions MODULE 10: TAKING LOVING ACTION UNDERSTANDING STEP 5 INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (MAY 24) This week you will discover what actions are love physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially, organizationally, and in relationships – and the false beliefs that stop love from acting. In this module, you will: Establish How to Take Loving Actions for Your Greater Good Understand what is stopping your loving action Explore what is responsible for the actions you take and how to be more responsible as a loving adult Realize what self-care really means to you – physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially, organizationally, and in relationships MODULE 11: DETERMINING YOUR SELF-ASSESSMENT AND OTHER LOVING ACTIONS DEEPER IN STEP 5 INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (MAY 31) One of the most important love actions you can take is to determine your intrinsic worth. You will start learning this this week, along with your understanding of procrastination. We will also begin to focus on loving activities in relationships. In this module, you will: Discover and feel your intrinsic worth – is your activity a way to prove your self-worth, or is it an expression of your self-worth? Free yourself from procrastination, if present Start taking loving actions in your relationship. Understand the intent to study with another person
MODULE 12: EVALUATION OF LOVE ACTIONS LEARN MORE ABOUT STEP 5 AND GO TO STEP 6 INTERNAL COMMUNICATION (JUNE 7) Understand the powerful loving action in a loving separation relationship in conflict. We then move on to step six, where you will learn how to assess whether your action is love for you and in your highest good, as well as deepening your understanding of inner connection as a lifelong process. In this module, you will: Master the art of loving separation Returning to your feelings to appreciate your love actions Understand the power of relaxation in the process, not fixation on a target Distinguish the difference between doing an internal connection with your mind or with your body. MODULE 13: INTERNAL COMMUNICATION PRACTICE IN DAILY LIFE (JUNE 14) Internal communication is a whole-day form of meditation. What is it like to practice inner connection in your daily life (and when you are happy!)? In this module, you will: Receive your keys for your stay all day long Integrate Internal Communication into Your Daily Life Why Practice Internal Communication When You Are Happy How can you practice internal communication all day long, even when you are very busy MODULE 14: OVERVIEW OF THE INTERNAL ADHESIVE METHOD (JUNE 28) In this final module, Dr. Margaret will take a look at the whole method of true self-love and highlight some of the wonderful possibilities that come from constant practice of inner communication.
