This DVD is a great addition to any Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu student’s video library, no matter what belt level they are, or any other type of martial art enthusiast. Although setups, grips, and finishes differ from school to school and instructor to instructor, reels are some of the fastest and most effective ways to ultimate competition and street fights.

The problem is that many instructors don’t use universal names for Jiu-Jitsu techniques and it becomes difficult to remember the settings for them. Techniques are often overlooked and the student doesn’t have a name of the technique to ask their instructor to reshow the movement. Therefore, the technique is often lost.

This DVD provides the student with a list of choke settings that they can constantly refer back to for further study and instruction. Additionally, this DVD provides quick, simple-to-follow details of each technique. Then the technique is shown from various angles, which allows the student the opportunity to see the important details up close for themselves.
