Australian Craig Jones is a Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, in which he was graduated by none other than Lachlan Giles, another renowned Jiu Jitsu teacher in Australia. Craig became famous after beating the great fighter Leandro Lo and Murilo Santa by the ADCC in 2017, but during the event Jones was stopped in the Semi-final, consolidating himself as one of the best fighters of today, regardless of the victory, in the following edition (2019 ) Craig Jones was crowned runner-up in the tournament.
Jones’ main achievements include the IBJJF No-Gi World Championship, while still a Purple Belt in 2015, and in 2014 he was Pan Pacific Weight and Absolute Champion, in addition to winning the Naga World Championship, while still a Purple Belt. He was also Twice Champion of the ADCC Trials, in addition to winning in several closed events, such as Polaris, where he was Champion in 2018, fighting up to 84Kg, in the same year Craig repeated the feat and was also Champion in the category up to 93Kg.
