Day in life-remodels barbecue many people go to psychiatrists and sit in a coach to talk about their problems to a complete stranger, not me! I take my problems to a construction project and through the transformation of the physical project in question, I work mentally through any stress in my life. Depression is a state of mind, not a state of reality and it is the power of the individual that feeds or kills him by understanding his power of self-perception.
