Daniel Tabera, member of the prestigious SHOOT team, Russian M-1 and Ultimate Combat (England) champion, gives us an inside look at the complete training plan for the world’s elite Mix-Fight competitors. In the technical section we will study the different shots and offensive techniques on the ground from the guard, half-guard, cross, mount and back positions.
