Description Tools, Techniques, and Teachings to Unleash Your Greatest Potential In the Unwavering Concentration course, I describe some of the most basic trainings I received from my guru while living in his monastery as a monk; tools, techniques and teachings that have been developed by Hindu monks for over two thousand years in India and Sri Lanka to help a person discover purpose and live a joyful life. These monks knew that first one had to understand the mind and then develop concentration and willpower. Once you have a good mastery of the mind, you can begin to go inward to discover your greatest potential through the practice of meditation. This is why a course of unwavering concentration is a prerequisite for an introduction to a course of meditation. In the introduction to the meditation course, I share with you the meditation I was taught. It is simple, practical, systematic, and very effective. This will help you define your goal of meditation, chart the path to it, and create a sustainable practice that will ultimately bring insight and spiritual unfoldment. It teaches you to focus your energy on manifesting what you want in life and direct it to those who are really important to you in order to create fulfilling relationships.
