If you are hungry to learn about and possibly to enter into serious practice of the most intensive transformational process Saniel and Linda Ma offer — the one they each live and practice themselves, all the time — then we invite you to take this foundational source-teaching course. The first session begins with a very brief overview of the four triads and twelve “mysterious gateways to advanced evolutionary emergence” in this Yoga. Most of the session is devoted to the first gateway, “The Heart.” Each of the eleven subsequent sessions focuses on the next following gateway. Each session also touches on other gateways and most of them freely include relevant themes from the total White-Hot Yoga of the Heart, Waking Down, and traditional references as well. The 13th, final session is a wrap-up review and dynamic invocation of all our potential with this great Path and its emerging sacred culture.
Format of the seminar: Each course session has two separate parts: an hour-long presentation of the course material by Saniel, and a 75-minute Q&A conversation between Saniel (with input from Linda Ma in many instances) and a group of live participants in the original course. Presentations are available in audio, video and text transcription formats. Conversations are available in audio and text.
Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites; anyone who wishes to take this course may do so. However, a deep understanding of the Waking Down™ teachings and some experience of living that process, including mutuality practice with others and of working personally with a Waking Down teacher, would be to your great advantage.
