She likes to travel, meet and experience new communities and cultures. Once feuding yoga off the back of dance study, her passion for yoga grew and grew; trying many styles of practice. For her variety and intelligent creativity was what sparked her practice and vision. Her vinyasa practice allows her the freedom to find the flow and breath of Astanga, the structure of Iyengar, and the body mechanics of Anusara.
