The Ab Rehab + Pelvic Floor Restore Program by Katie Pickett
Description
The Ab Rehab + Pelvic Floor Restore Program
A 3-week program to heal your core and pelvic floor!
I am so excited about this portion of the program because it involves a simple routine that will restore your pelvic floor and rehab those abs. As a certified Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialist, I am confident this simple program will walk you through exactly what to do to rehab those abs after baby, as well as strengthen your pelvic floor.
I have a simple, 3-week plan of VIDEOS, where I verbally walk you through EVERY MOVE!
This isn’t your standard sheet of workouts to perform on your own, or videos to watch and do. You follow along with me, as I explain what you need to focus on in each move.
This is a simple and effective program you CAN DO, even being a busy mama. I’ve separated this from the main program, The Postpartum Cure, for those mamas who are interested in taking one step at a time.
This will help you deal with incontinence!! I am finally able to do jumping jacks with out any accidents, and jumping rope is my goal. If you put in the work and follow the plan, you will start to feel better, and your tummy muscles will thank you!
