Dr. Joel Sidman offers you the perfect program to eliminate weaknesses, muscle imbalances, asymmetries, instability, lack of balance, incorrect mechanics, incorrect posture, and other areas of dysfunction. The routine can be used exclusively on its own or combined as an additional component to a standard strength training. Each training session lasts approximately 20 minutes, which makes it favorable for adaptation before or after training or on a separate training day. This program uses the same exercises and principles. Sidman uses it together with his professional and collegiate athletes to solve problems of muscle imbalance and stabilization.
