This film, produced by and starring Peter Consterdine 8th Dan karate, was made during a regular training session with some of the best martial artists in the UK.

This is a no-holds-barred, highly intensive, full-contact, freestyle training session. This session has been the staple of Peter’s martial arts training routine for over 3 decades, as he, Brian Seabright and Lance Lewis fought full-contact in some of GB’s earliest fights.

This is a high intensity workout and will help any martial artist of any discipline.

There are 12 different training exercises shown, each with perfect strength, speed, intensity and technique. Also included is over an hour of punching, focus glove training on bag work, sparring drills and use of impact shields.
