The workout involves a simple series of aerobic / tonic cycles that alternate fat-burning cardio workouts with exercises aimed at developing muscle tone.
xbackside-The goal of this workout is to work out the muscles of the glutes, legs and back (it is designed to be used in conjunction with Gillian’s front side workout). Training consists of simple aerobic and tonic sequential cycles, where aerobic exercises alternate with exercises for muscle tone.
During the workout, Gillian explains the purpose, objectives, and impact principles of each exercise. The training is filmed in the format of an individual training session with Gillian in real time. Gillian trains the client in one-on-one mode, gives advice on the technique of performing exercises and motivates in her unique, already legendary, style. For training, you’ll need a rubber pad and 3 to 5 pounds of dumbbells. Optionally, a small 4-inch (~ 10 cm) step platform can be used. There is no musical accompaniment. The video includes interviews with those who have successfully lost weight.
