Description: This collection contains all commercially available civilian ISR Matrix videos. There are still videos for the police and the military, but without proper documentary evidence of belonging to the security forces, they cannot be obtained.
The civil ISR Matrix section is called ISR Matrix Physical Management and is intended for civilian self-defence, bodyguards, security personnel and medical personnel working with mentally unstable patients. One of the main tasks is to neutralize the opponent without causing serious damage.
police section – about the same as a civilian, plus help for someone, removing weapons in the fight, making convoys, controlled loading into the car and handcuffing.
The military section is again a civilian section, more part of the police (mainly for escorting and handcuffing) as well as maintaining control over the weapon.
ISR matrix is the three main phases:
Interception – Interception or capture of initiative
Stabilize – occupying the correct position, removing the opponent from balance, controlled transfer to the ground
Resolve – controller placed on the ground
