Natural gymnastics has the concepts and foundations of methods from past centuries, based on the natural movements of primitive man and activities in contact with nature. However, its exercises, to be practiced outdoors and in indoor classes, were developed and adapted in a unique way and with influences from the sports practiced by Alvaro Romano, its creator.
With constant movement and various combinations of movements, natural gymnastics is based on jiu-jitsu ground movement, strength exercises with the body’s own weight, dynamic stretching and flexibility techniques, plus breathing techniques .
It is a complete work that develops physical qualities such as strength, flexibility, coordination and breathing techniques, which provide the practitioner with a great evolution in his motor and mental control.
