I had a limited range of motion, which made it difficult for my neck to move, which also caused stiffness in my back. The Feldenkrais method that I acquired for various physical problems was a great relief, made me more flexible and left me feeling at ease. Try it yourself, you will be amazed, but you must devote some time to guided exercises.
