How to Flow with Your Feminine Essence In recent years there has been much confusion, discussion and even controversy about the terms “masculine” and “feminine”. Often these terms get confused with “Men” and “Women” and used to stereotype genders. But these terms are simply working concepts to describe the polar forces existing in all of creation. They are distinctions that allow us to use our gifts artfully and with deliberation. Within relationship the clean expression of those polar forces create passion, sexual polarity and deeper consciousness.

The “Sacred Feminine” has become a buzzword that simultaneously elevates and diminishes the simple perfection of what the feminine essence brings to life. Without labels and preconceptions, what remains is the spontaneous expression of what has always been there, with no constrictions or layers to restrict the natural beauty, flow and chaos of the feminine. 9. Practice the Spontaneous Expression of All Moods The gift and responsibility of the feminine in relationship is the spontaneous expression of all moods and feelings. Most of us had to learn how to suppress those feelings in order to fit into a masculine world. But in intimate relationship the open feedback of your feelings is one of the biggest gifts to give.
