Dean “Boogeyman” Lister is a two-time former US national sambo champion, four-time Brazilian Machado Jiu-Jitsu national champion in the US, King of the Cage welterweight champion, and absolute champion in Abu Dhabi in 2003. need to say that Dean is considered by many to be one of the best grapplers and was 3 times in the ufc on the main cards.

Real World Submission DVD is a training DVD, following Dean around the world Filming seminars and techniques in various locations across Europe. The next volumes will be filmed in South America, Russia, Croatia, and the United States.

Featuring interviews and presentations with today’s top fighters and trainers including Mirco Crocop, Randy Couture, Ivan Hippolyte and others. In 2006, Tito Ortiz invited Dean to be his assistant grappling coach on Season 3 of Ultimate Fighter broadcast on Spike TV.

The show exposed Dean to a large TV audience, and in combination with numerous accolades from the show’s wrestlers, increased his popularity.
