HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE
AN ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN QBO?

The honest answer is, it depends on you and your current situation. Some students are able to complete the course in a few weeks. It also depends on how large your current Amazon business is and how organized you’ve been up to now.

Others might take a month or longer. Some of the important variables to remember are the number of accounts, number of transactions per account and the period of time your system will cover.

We recommend you set aside 2-4 hours per week to work through the program and implement the assignments.

We do not recommend this course. This course only covers Quickbooks Online.
What is the refund policy?

No. Video lessons and guides included in this course are shown exclusively in QuickBooks Online. Therefore, we do not recommend this course for anyone planning to use QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Godaddy Bookkeeping or other accounting software.
Do I need the A2X app for QuickBooks connection to Amazon?
No, this course does not cover A2X software, and the methods we show you make it unnecessary.

I envisioned the group as a place for sellers to build a community to help with something most people don’t like doing: their books. I realized that the need for accounting help was substantial but with so many different types and sizes of online seller businesses there was a need for self-education on how to do simple bookkeeping for growing businesses. That’s how this site came to be. I combined my more than 20 years as a CPA licensed in Georgia with my experience of being a small-scale Amazon seller myself to create this set of online courses for small e-commerce businesses. Business is the activity of making one’s living or making money by producing or buying and selling products (such as goods and services).

It does not mean it is a company, a corporation, partnership, or have any such formal organization, but it can range from a street peddler to General Motors.”

Having a business name does not separate the business entity from the owner, which means that the owner of the business is responsible and liable for debts incurred by the business.
If the business acquires debts, the creditors can go after the owner’s personal possessions.
A business structure does not allow for corporate tax rates. The proprietor is personally taxed on all income from the business.
