Rock Solid Kicking Volume #1: Kicking Essentials

Gemma teaches the foundation for strong kicks. It starts with basic leg, ankle, and foot stretches, then introduces proper technique for five basic kicks, including front, round, side, hook, and ax kicks. Gemma includes detailed instructions for each kick that include proper chambering, extension, and re-chambering of your leg when executing a kick. She then demonstrates a 9 count kick drill that is helpful for building muscle and stamina. Gemma then shows proper stretching techniques to prevent leg pain.
