(November 11 and 18) By clearly articulating your goal so that it has a real impact, you can generate many fears and limiting beliefs. Are you like many change agents, aspiring entrepreneurs and ambassadors who hide “their light under the bushel” trying to attract clients without being really candid about the work they are called to do? Until you let go of the fears and beliefs that keep you hiding, you and your services will not have the impact you really desire! In these two live sessions with Tim, you will find that: Freedom from fears that keep you from being bold in your marketing A clear vision of the life your work will create A tool you can use to overcome your fears – and go Module 2: EXPLAINING YOUR TRANSFORMATION (DECEMBER 2, 9 AND 16; JANUARY 6, 13 AND 20) Most change agents are not clear about their purpose. A vaguely written statement of purpose is not something you can sell to a client. As a result, too few change agents are paid to live for their purpose. In this deeply revealing module, you will learn exactly how to most effectively realize your goal. You will also learn who your destiny is meant to serve and how it will transform them. This process, once clarified, can be used to create coaching programs, workshops, team processes, and even consulting events. And language that clarifies your purpose will be the foundation of a compelling marketing copy. During these six live sessions, you will receive: Complete clarity about the specific customers you need to serve (your niche or target market) A step-by-step transformational process unique to you that can form the basis of new coaching, seminars and consulting services Ability to say exactly who is ideal for you and will be attracted to your work Module 3: CREATING YOUR TARGETED MARKETING STATEMENT (27 JANUARY AND 3 FEBRUARY) A “targeted marketing statement” is the equivalent of an “elevator step,” one sentence that clearly articulates the work you do and the impact it has. A targeted marketing statement is the perfect tool for reaching those you need to serve. In this module, you will: Create one offer that grabs the attention of your target audience. Get a tool to quickly distinguish between who is meant and not meant to work with you. Discover a simple practice that will win you customers. Module 4: CREATING A TARGETED COPY (10, 17 & 24 FEBRUARY; 2, 9 & 16 MARCH) Using the tools you developed in the previous modules, you will create the various elements of your highest goal into persuasive language that you can use in emails, conversations, websites, and sales conversations. You will learn three different copy-writing structures that use your goal to reach your ideal customers, including a skill not available anywhere else: How to “download” a marketing copy from your senior management. This skill alone will save you hours of struggle and thousands of dollars in copywriting – and give you language that is incredibly convincing. In these six live sessions, you will learn: How to easily create powerful marketing copy while saving yourself thousands of dollars on copywriting services 3 sources of compelling language to grab the attention of your Divine audience 3 formats for structuring emails, web pages, brochures and other marketing materials Tools for writing emotionally compelling language that touches your customers’ deepest needs and desiresMODULE 5: BRINGING YOUR PRICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR GOAL (MARCH 23 AND 30; APRIL 6 AND 13) “How much should I take?” This is the quintessence of the solopreneurs’ question, and yet, there is no right answer. The main thing is to find the answer within yourself, and not try to copy what others are doing. More importantly, how you pay your customers can matter more than how much you charge. Many change agents are stuck in the limiting, old paradigm approach to money-per-hour pricing, where they could make a lot more money if they just changed their pricing models. In addition to exploring 7 Powerful Pricing Models, you will identify and overcome the fears and beliefs that prevent you from taking what you truly stand for. This module alone could easily pay for the entire program. You will: Identify the internal constraints that are preventing you from earning what you are worth. Let go of your fear of taking more. Module 6: COLLECTING IT ALL TOGETHER (APRIL 20 AND 27; MAY 4) Now that you have your process, your customers, your targeted marketing language, and your pricing model, you will define your plan for achieving your goal in the most powerful and profitable way possible. You are now ready to meet all of your financial needs while making a difference in the world you are meant to make! In these last three grades, you will: Combine the language and services you’ve created into powerful products that you can sell. Check out the copy you wrote to your divine audience.
